鍛煉的好處還是很多的,首先,鍛煉對健康很重要。健康對于人們的重要性是不言而喻的。有一句中國諺語:“身體是革命的本錢”,而保持健康最重要的方法就是鍛煉身體。當運動的時候,整個身體都動了起來,各方面功能都得到鍛煉,可以讓你變得健康。
其次,鍛煉可以節省金錢。如果我們不經常運動,我們的健康狀況就可能會不太好。因此,我們必須去看醫生。眾所周知,醫療都是非常昂貴的。去一次醫院有可能會花掉上千都不止。
最后,鍛煉會使你變得越來越漂亮,身體也變得越來越強壯,看起來也就越來越好。
鍛煉還有很多其他的好處,我就不一一列舉了。動起來,盡量多動動,不要總是坐在椅子上。

Last, exercise will make you become more and more beautiful and strong, which will make you look better.
There are others benefits to do exercise. I just do not list here. Move, try yourself to do some exercise, do not always sitting on the chair.
